1. Ordering a product

1.1 Order will be processed and be ready for delivery by the logistics team

  • Our item(s) are guaranteed brand new
  • Selected items are to be tested before shipping to ensure its functions

1.2 An order has a unique reference/ order number

1.3 For cash on delivery transactions, expect a call or text for verification of your order

1.4 If billing details are vague or unclear, the logistics team will hold the order, verify and update the transactions

Vague and/or unclear details means

  • Address cannot be located by the electronic map
  • Contact number cannot be reached
  • Contact person is not relevant to the contact number

1.5 Items are considered sold when payment is made; only return and warranty conditions and policies apply

 

2. Warranty

  • No abusive use
  • Limit for replacement
  • Repair

 

3. Return Policy

3.1 Validity of Return

3.1.1 Within 14 days after order is made

  • Should be within 14 days from order date (e.g. Order date is on Jan. 1, 2017; last return day is on Jan. 15, 2017)

Order date means the date when a customer successfully made his order from the website

 

3.1.2 Valid Return Reasons
A. Damaged Item

  • Item(s) that were expected to be in good condition, but were discovered eventually not (e.g. used, broken, cracked, scraped, etc.)
  • Should still have the complete set of original packaging, accessories, tags, labels and free gifts

B. Defective Item

  • Factory Defect
  • Should not be damaged
  • Should still have the complete set of original packaging, accessories, tags, labels and free gifts

C. Item is not as Advertised

  • Different description, features, specifications, and functions from the website
  • Should be unused
  • Should not be damaged
  • Should still have the complete set of original packaging, accessories, tags, labels and free gifts

D. Wrong Item Delivered

  • Different brand, model/ item number
  • Should be unused
  • Should not be damaged
  • Should still have the complete set of original packaging, accessories, tags, labels and free gifts

E. Missing Parts/ Item

  • Should be unused
  • Should not be damaged

 

3.1.3 Reimburse Option

  • Replacement of new one or change item/ product if return reason is valid (See 3.1.2 Valid Return Reasons)
  • After 14 days from the order date, warranty policy applies
