Do you offer express shipping?

For orders which require fast delivery, we do offer two express shipping solutions depending upon the area where your order should be delivered. Just follow up on one of the following procedures which we have listed per area.

Express shipping within Metro Manila

  1. Order from our webshop the power tools you want to purchase.
  2. Select Warehouse Pickup from our store and select BDO Payment as the payment option and complete your order.
  3. Wait for the email to be received with the payment instructions and pay your order through online banking or BDO bank deposit.
  4. When you have paid for your order, send us an email confirming this and that you want to arrange the pickup and shipping per courier.
  5. We will first verify if your payment has been received, then pack your total order and give you the weight and dimensions of your package.
  6. You can now contact Lalamove or Grab per app or website and arrange the pickup and final delivery with them.

Please note that both Lalamove and Grab will have weight and package size limitations and kindly make sure that the power tools you purchased do not exceed those limitations. If you have any doubts then please contact first our office before placing an order, just to verify this. Also, we would like to remind you that bank deposits directly made at any BDO office will be instant and that there can be a delay between different banks otherwise.

Express shipping nationwide (Outside Metro Manila)

  1. Order from our webshop the power tools you want to purchase.
  2. Select Warehouse Pickup from our store and select Cash on Pickup as the payment option and complete your order.
  3. Wait for the order confirmation email and then send us an email back or call our office to mention that you want your order to be shipped through LBC Express.
  4. We will then pack your total order and check the LBC Express shipping rate for your area.
  5. You will now receive an email with the payment instructions on how to pay through BDO Payment inclusive LBC Express shipping cost.
  6. When you have paid your order, please send us an email and we will then verify if your payment has been received.
  7. If your payment is confirmed, we will ship your order with LBC Express as soon as possible and provide you with the tracking number.

Note that deposits directly made at any BDO office will be instant and that there can be a delay between different banks otherwise.
